Hey ya'll! I'm Christine Bithorn, owner, designer and stylist for Declare This Designs. I've always loved fashion, but growing up most didn't understand my style, I was then shameless. As an adult my style was silenced and controlled by an abusive relationship. The moment I was set free from that relationship, my life was finally in color, literally. I was able to wear the bright colors and fun patterns I had always loved. Then God got a hold of me. I had started an online consignment store, but felt like something was missing. Spoiler alert, it was G O D. He told me to use the pieces that I had but to make them His. The designer that was hiding in me came alive. Bleach, paint, patches, and sequins (lots of sequins) are just the beginning. The pieces are "new creations," just like we are when we give our lives to Christ. The best part, every piece is inspired by a Bible verse. My prayer is that these pieces will be conversation starters and opportunities to share the Gospel.
